Q1. Are you the same company as Teachble?
No, we're a completely separate team based in the UK. We just specialise in helping Teachable course creators with their tech and Teachable recommend our services on their Teachable Experts page.
Q2. What if you can't resolve my issue?
When you book your call, you'll fill out a short form telling us what you need help with. If we can't help, we'll refund your payment immediately.
But that doesn't happen very often!
If you ask us a Teachable tech question, we'll answer it. On rare occasions when we don't know the answer (for example if a feature is brand new), we'll find the answer after our call and follow up with you by email ASAP.

Q3. Is this worth paying for?
It depends! Some people are happy to wait for support tickets, but others just want to get things done fast. We're frequently told that we've done something in minutes that was taking a client weeks to figure out.

Q4. What if I don't know how to explain my issue?
We know how to ask the right questions to understand what’s going on, even if you’re not great with tech. Plus you can share your screen and show us exactly where you’re stuck if you struggle to explain it.

Yes – we record every session unless you ask us not to. We'll send you a download link after the call and you'll have 60 days to download the file if you'd like to keep it.

Yes, bring whoever you like. Some clients bring their VAs and some bring their team members or grandkids (yes, really!). Bring whoever you need.
